Support Groups and Grief & Mindfulness Circles

TMC Hospice offers in-person grief support groups and Grief & Mindfulness Circles that provide care, connection, and compassion for those experiencing loss. These groups are a safe and welcoming environment open to everyone—regardless of hospice affiliation.

TMC Hospice Grief Support Groups

We are proud to offer the community a free, in-person grief support group for those in the first year of their loss. Each group is facilitated by qualified bereavement volunteers. Our hope is that these sessions help individuals feel less alone in their grief journey and support the development of coping skills to navigate the days ahead.
Our group is also open to anyone in the Southern Arizona community—regardless of hospice affiliation.
At each session, you can expect:
  • A 60-minute session with qualified volunteer facilitators and other bereaved participants
  • Respectful sharing and listening
  • Confidentiality
  • Group-guided discussions
If you or someone you know is interested in joining our grief support group, please sign-up here to receive more information.

Grief & Mindfulness Circles

Join us on the...

1st & 3rd Wednesday

From...

3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

At...

San Pedro Chapel

  • There is generous parking at the chapel, and it is wheelchair accessible.
In addition to our support groups, TMC Hospice hosts a free community gathering known as a Grief & Mindfulness Circle.
The Grief & Mindfulness Circle is not a support group—rather, the circle helps participants learn about mindfulness and practice meditation.
The goal is to learn how to grieve mindfully so we suffer less when experiencing loss.
If you would like to discuss whether the circle is right for you, please call (520) 324-2438 or email the circle leader at Greg.Dalder@tmcaz.com.
